Yucatan Pork Tacos
Ingredients
- 3 Blue corn tortilla, toasted
- 6 oz Yucatan style pork, achiote sour orange marinated, roasted
- 3 Pineapple, rings, grilled
- 3 oz Red onion, pickled
- 1 1/2 tsp Queso fresco, shredded
- 3/4 tsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Jalapeño Ranch Crema, drizzled
- 3 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
Directions
- Grill tortillas.
- Fill with roasted pork toss with Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA), pineapple, pickled onions, queso fresco, cilantro.
- Drizzle with Jalapeño Ranch Crema and serve.
