Teriyaki Salmon Bowl
Ingredients
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped to 1 inch
- 6 cups Baby spinach
- 3 cups Quinoa
- 6 4 oz salmon filets, grilled, held warm
- 1 1/2 cups Pineapple chunks, cut ½ inch
- 3 cups Broccoli florets, blanched
- 1 1/2 cups Carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 cup Red pepper, diced ¼ inch
- 6 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted
- 18 oz Sweet Teriyaki Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2349HA)
Directions
- For assembly portion 1 cup romaine & 1 cup spinach in base of salad bowl.
- In center of bowl portion ½ cup quinoa.
- Top quinoa with broccoli, pineapple, carrots and red pepper.
- Top vegetables with warm salmon filet.
- Dress bowl with Sweet Teriyaki Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2349HA).
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
