Sweet Red Chili King Crab Legs
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF)
- 1 lb King crab legs, split
- 2 tbsp Butter, salted
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresno peppers, sliced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Directions
- Split king crab legs lengthwise.
- Heat oil on large sauté pan or wok.
- Add garlic and stir-fry the crab.
- Add butter to melt and form a sauce with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF).
- Add half of the cilantro.
- Plate crab and garnish with remaining cilantro and sliced Fresno peppers.
