Strawberry And Goat Cheese Salad with Spicy Peach Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 each 6 oz salmon filets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups Baby spinach
- 3 cups Mixed field greens
- 6 oz White Balsamic Vinaigrette (KE3168-2)
- 6 oz Spicy Peach Wing Sauce (SJ5065HA)
- 2 1/2 cups Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup Toasted chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup Red onion, julienne
- 1/4 cup Crumbled goat cheese
Directions
- Preheat grill, season salmon with salt and pepper and grill until desired doneness.
- Before removing from grill, glaze with Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA).
- In a large bowl place spinach and mixed greens and toss with White Balsamic Vinaigrette (KE3168-2) to coat.
- Evenly divide among two serving bowls.
- Top each with strawberries, pecans, red onions and goat cheese.
- Place salmon on top and drizzle with more Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA).
