  1. Preheat grill, season salmon with salt and pepper and grill until desired doneness.
  2. Before removing from grill, glaze with Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA).
  3. In a large bowl place spinach and mixed greens and toss with White Balsamic Vinaigrette (KE3168-2) to coat.
  4. Evenly divide among two serving bowls.
  5. Top each with strawberries, pecans, red onions and goat cheese.
  6. Place salmon on top and drizzle with more Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA).
