Roasted Colorado Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 1 rack Colorado Lamb Chops
- 4 oz Kickin Bourbon Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2535HA)
- 1/4 cup Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Asparagus, sauteed
Directions
- Roast lamb rack to desired doneness.
- Let rest 10 minutes, then slice.
- Top lamb with Kickin Bourbon Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2535HA).
- Plate lamb on bed of mashed potatoes and side of asparagus.
