pulled barbecue chicken loaded fries
Ingredients
- 12 oz Crinkle cut fries, or your favorite fries
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 11/2 cup Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 4 oz Pulled smoked chicken
- 2 fl oz Hot Sauce (SJ5039HH)
- 1/2 cup Applewood-smoked bacon, cooked, chopped
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 3 fl oz Ken's Signature Remoulade Sauce (KE3059-2)
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
- 1 tbsp Chipotle powder, ground
Directions
- Fry crinkle cut fries until crispy, then season with onion powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, oregano, black pepper, seasoned salt.
- Toss pulled chicken with Hot Sauce (SJ5039HH)
- Top fries with queso, shredded cheese, pulled chicken, and bacon.
- Melt cheese under cheese melter or salamander.
- Garnish with sour cream and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with a side of Ken's Signature Remoulade Sauce (KE3059-2) for dipping.
