pulled barbecue chicken loaded fries

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Crinkle cut fries, or your favorite fries
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 11/2 cup Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend, shredded
  • 4 oz Pulled smoked chicken
  • 2 fl oz Hot Sauce (SJ5039HH)
  • 1/2 cup Applewood-smoked bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 fl oz Ken's Signature Remoulade Sauce (KE3059-2)
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle powder, ground

Directions

  1. Fry crinkle cut fries until crispy, then season with onion powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, oregano, black pepper, seasoned salt.
  2. Toss pulled chicken with Hot Sauce (SJ5039HH)
  3. Top fries with queso, shredded cheese, pulled chicken, and bacon.
  4. Melt cheese under cheese melter or salamander.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve with a side of Ken's Signature Remoulade Sauce (KE3059-2) for dipping.
