Pan Seared Honey Mustard Center Cut Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 cup Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 each center-cut bone in pork chops (approx. 12 oz each), approx. 12 oz each
- garlic powder, to taste
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup mashed potato
- 1 cup green beans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Turn chops over, sprinkle with remaining garlic powder and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Place chops on sheet pan and brush with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA) on both sides. Place into oven and cook until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a chop reads minimum 145 degrees F.
- Remove from oven and serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
