Oven Roasted Herbed Honey Mustard Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 each 8 oz salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA)
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 6 each grilled asparagus spears
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush some of the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA) over the fillets, reserving some for plating.
- Season salmon with marjoram, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve with the remaining Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA) and sides.
