No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Grilled Shrimp with Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
- 10 each 16/20 shrimp, tail on P&D, skewered, 5 per skewer
- 1 cup Ray's No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce (RY4423HA)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, small dice
- 1/4 cup red onions, small dice
- 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp jalapeño pepper, small dice
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 lemon, grilled
- cilantro sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Skewer the shrimp
- For the Pico de Gallo, combine the tomatoes, onions, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeños and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Season the grill with some vegetable oil or spray pan release and cook the shrimp on both sides while basting with the No Sugar Added Original BBQ Sauce (RY4423HA).
- Place the shredded lettuce on the plate and top with the Pico de Gallo.
- Place shrimp on plate, garnish with cilantro and grilled lemon.
