Lemon Pepper Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 24 large large shrimp 16/20, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 2 tsp chopped basil
- 16 oz angel hair pasta
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce (SJ5042HA)
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. Do not brown.
- Add shrimp and cook on both sides until shrimp turn pink.
- Add in SBR lemon pepper sauce and heat through.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, basil, and grated parmesan cheese.
