Lemon Pepper Mahi
Ingredients
- 2 each mahi-mahi filets, approx. 6-8 oz
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce (SJ5042HA)
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 2 cups brown basmati rice
- 12 each asparagus spears, grilled
Directions
- Season mahi-mahi with salt and pepper and grill over high heat until fish flakes with fork.
- Brush with lemon pepper sauce and remove from grill.
- Serve with brown basmati rice and grilled asparagus.
- Top with additional Lemon pepper sauce.
