Ingredients
- 1 French roll, 6"
- 4 oz Pork belly, braised, seared
- 1 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
- 8 slices Pickled jalapeno
- 3 slices Cucumber
- 8 slices Pickled red onion
- 1 Egg, scrambled
- 8 slices Pickled radish
- 1 oz Arugula
Directions
- Toast French roll, and layer ingredients, finishing with pork belly glazed with Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) on top.
- Drizzle remaining Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) and serve.
