Jamaican Jerk Whole Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 Large roaster chicken
- 2 cups Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce (SJ3397HA)
- 3 cups Lime Roasted Potatoes
Directions
- Place chicken into pan, brush liberally with Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce (SJ3397HA) inside and out.
- Refrigerate minimum 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat oven to 375 F°.
- Place chicken in oven and roast until 165 F° internal temperature.
- Brush again with Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce (SJ3397HA) just before serving.
- Plate on a bed of the Lime Roasted Potatoes and serve.
