Jamaican Jerk Jumbo Shrimp
Ingredients
- 12 Jumbo shrimp
- 1/2 cup Cilantro Lime Rice
- 2 fl oz Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce (SJ3397HA)
- 1 Bamboo skewer, 8 inch
- 4 slices Red onion, 1 inch
- 4 slices Zucchini, 1 inch
- 4 slices Orange bell pepper, 1 inch
- 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Preheat grill to 500°F.
- Layer the sliced veggies on the skewer to make a k-bob.
- Place shrimp and Veggie k-bob on grill, season with salt and pepper.
- Baste shrimp with Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce (SJ3397HA) turning frequently to avoid burning.
- Place Cilantro Lime Rice in center of plate, top with grilled vegetables and shrimp.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
