Honey Mustard Chicken Salad with Bacon & Avocado
Ingredients
- 6 oz lettuce mix
- 6 oz chicken breast, grilled and diced
- 1/2 each avocado, cut into slices
- 6 each cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, scored and sliced
- 2 tbsp bacon pieces
- 1/4 cup red onion, julienne
- 3 oz Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA)
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
Directions
- Grill chicken breast until minimum internal temp of 165 F.
- Place lettuce in a bowl.
- Top with grilled diced chicken, sliced avocado, bacon pieces, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA).
- Garnish with feta cheese.
