Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz Lemon Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 2 Shrimp skewers, 2 shrimp per skewer
- 4 oz Rice pilaf
- 2 fl oz Lemon Vinaigrette (KE2956-2)
- 1 tbsp Chopped herbs, chives, basil, parsley, thyme
- 1 Lemon wedge
Directions
- Marinate shrimp in Lemon Garlic Parmesan Sauce for 30 minutes.
- Grill shrimp until cooked through.
- Plate on a bed of rice pilaf.
- Mix 1 tablespoon fresh herbs with 2 fl oz of Lemon Vinaigrette (KE2956-2).
- Spoon Lemon Vinaigrette Herb mix over shrimp.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with your choice of side.
