Grilled Chicken Breast with Spicy Peach Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 each 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 6 oz Spicy Peach Wing Sauce (SJ5065HA)
  • 1 each Ripe peach, cut in half
  • 2 Sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 2 cups Baby spinach, wilted

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken on grill and cook until minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  3. Brush both sides with the Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA) and remove from grill.
  4. Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill and grill for 2 minutes. Turn over, brush with Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA) and grill until the peaches are soft, 3 to 4 more minutes.
  5. Serve with sweet potato mashed and wilted spinach.
