Grilled Chicken Breast with Spicy Peach Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 each 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 6 oz Spicy Peach Wing Sauce (SJ5065HA)
- 1 each Ripe peach, cut in half
- 2 Sweet potatoes, mashed
- 2 cups Baby spinach, wilted
Directions
- Preheat the grill. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken on grill and cook until minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Brush both sides with the Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA) and remove from grill.
- Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill and grill for 2 minutes. Turn over, brush with Spicy Peach Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ5065HA) and grill until the peaches are soft, 3 to 4 more minutes.
- Serve with sweet potato mashed and wilted spinach.
