Cuban Fries with Mango Chicken
Ingredients
- 6 oz Crispy fries
- 1 Chicken breast
- 2 fl oz Mango Habanero Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2814HA)
- 1 tbsp Red bell peppers , diced
- 8 slices Pickled jalapenos
- 1 tbsp Green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 fl oz Ken's Signature Brewpub Style Mustard Sauce (KE2632-2), drizzled
Directions
- Grill chicken breast to 165°F, slice into strips & toss with Mango Habanero Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2814HA).
- Fry the fries until crispy, drain and plate.
- Top fries with Mango Habanero Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2814HA) glazed chicken strips and the prepared vegetables.
- Drizzle with Ken's Ken's Signature Brewpub Style Mustard Sauce (KE2632-2) and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
