Chicken Torta
Ingredients
- 1 Telera roll
- 2 fl oz Sriracha Mayonnaise
- 5 oz Chicken breast, grilled, sliced
- 1 oz Pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup Roasted poblano peppers
- 3 slices Avocado
- 1 slice Red onion, cut 1/4"
Directions
- Slice roll in half and brush with Sriracha Mayonnaise.
- Top bottom half with grilled chicken, pepper jack and poblanos. Melt cheese.
- Top with avocado and red onion.
- Cut and serve.
