Banh Mi Loaded Fries
Ingredients
- 3 oz Pork belly, cooked, diced
- 5 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
- 5 oz Hand cut potato "chips", crispy
- 1 tbsp Pickled radishes
- 2 tbsp Cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup Carrots, shredded
- 8 slices Jalapeno, fresh, fire roasted
- 8 slices Fresno peppers, fresh
- 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Toss diced pork belly in 3 fl oz of Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA).
- Fry homemade potato chips, drain and plate.
- Top fries with pork belly, vegetables, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with remaining Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) and serve.
