Bakers Spicy Garlic Fried Oysters

  1. Spread toasted crostini with 1 teaspoon Ken's Signature Remoulade Sauce (KE3059-2).
  2. Fry oysters to internal temperature of 145F, remove from fryer and drain. Toss oysters in Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce (SJ3572HA).
  3. Place one oyster on top of each crostini, drizzle with Serrano Chili Sauce (KG5028HG), sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.
