Bakers Spicy Garlic Fried Oysters
Ingredients
- 13 each Crostini, toasted
- 13 tsp Ken's Signature Remoulade Sauce (KE3059-2), 1 tsp per crostini
- 13 each Golden fried oysters
- 1/4 cup Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce (SJ3572HA)
- 2 tbsp Serrano Chili Sauce (KG5028HG)
- 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 each Lemon, wedges
Directions
- Spread toasted crostini with 1 teaspoon Ken's Signature Remoulade Sauce (KE3059-2).
- Fry oysters to internal temperature of 145F, remove from fryer and drain. Toss oysters in Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce (SJ3572HA).
- Place one oyster on top of each crostini, drizzle with Serrano Chili Sauce (KG5028HG), sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.
