Moonshine BBQ Wings

For chicken wings with a kick, fry chicken wings and toss with this savory, sweet Moonshine BBQ (Moonshine and Hickory BBQ). Garnish with toasted pecans.



12 ea Chicken Wings, Flats (6), Drums (6)
2 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory Barbecue Sauce
1 oz Moonshine (grain alcohol or vodka will work)
2 Tbsp Pecan Pieces, Toasted


Using a small sauce pot combine the Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce and the moonshine. Heat on medium heat and bring to a simmer then remove from the heat. Fry the wings and toss with the sauce. Place on a decorative plate or bowl and garnish with the toasted pecans. Serve.
