Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses Grilled Chicken Thighs

Grilled chicken, marinated in bourbon and tossed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses Wing Sauce & Glaze. Served with Ken’s Magic Blend Coleslaw.

Ingredients

6 each Chicken thighs, trimmed
4 fl-oz Kentucky Straight Bourbon
3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses Wing Sauce & Glaze
4 fl-oz Ken’s Magic Blend Coleslaw
Sprinkle Parsley, chopped

Directions

Combine bourbon with chicken wings for a minimum of two hours or over night in non-reactive container.

Remove chicken from bourbon and grill chicken wings to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds and place in mixing bowl. Toss with 3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses Wing Sauce until all thighs are coated.

Remove to serving plate and garnish with 4 fl-oz Magic Blend Coleslaw and serve immediately.
