Caribbean Wings

Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Sauce complements a mixture of mustard, vinegar, herbs and spices, creating a mouthwatering combination that takes your tongue on a Caribbean vacation. Serve with creamy Ken’s Bleu Cheese Dressing to keep you cool.



Caribbean Wing Sauce
32 Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Sauce
8 oz Yellow mustard
2 oz Apple cider vinegar
2 oz Cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp Jamaican allspice


For wing sauce, place ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine with a wire whisk. Remove to a storage container and label, date and refrigerate.

Fry chicken wings to 165 degrees F internal temperature for 15 seconds. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.

Toss with Caribbean Wing Sauce until all wings are coated.

Remove to a serving plate and garnish with Ken’s Bleu Cheese Dressing and celery sticks. Serve immediately.
