Smoked Duck Korean Barbecue Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Premade flatbread crust
  • 2 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Red pepper
  • 4 oz Duck breast, smoked, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Scallion, bias cut
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Brush crust with Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA).
  2. Top with mozzarella, baby spinach, red pepper and smoked duck.
  3. Cook and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
