Honey Hot PEI Mussels

Fresh mussels sautéed in garlic and deglazed with white wine and clam juice. Stir in a sauce mixed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Hot Sauce to give your seafood some much-needed spice.



24 PEI mussels
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
3 oz white wine
6 oz clam juice
2 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Hot Wing Sauce & Glaze
1 cup shoestring fries (frites)
1 tbsp chopped garlic


Heat oil and add garlic.

Add mussels and sauté for 1 minute.

Deglaze with white wine and clam juice.

Cook until all mussels are open; discard any unopened mussels.

Stir in Honey Hot Sauce, place mussels in bowl with broth.

Garnish with cilantro and frites.
