Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Shrimp marinated in a mix of Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette and Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan; grilled and served over brown rice for the perfect citrus touch to your seafood.

Ingredients

SERVES 1

2 shrimp skewers, 2 shrimp per skewer
2 oz + 2 oz Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette
1 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1 tbsp chopped herbs (chives, basil, parsley, thyme)
1 oz vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste
4 oz rice pilaf
1 ea lemon wedge

Directions

Mix 2 oz. Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette with 1 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce.

Marinate shrimp in 2 oz. Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette for 30 minutes.

Grill shrimp until done. Plate on a bed of rice pilaf. 

Mix 1 tablespoon fresh herbs with 2 oz. Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette. Spoon Lemon Vinaigrette Herb mix over fish.

Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve
