The New Yorker Deli Sandwich

An authentic New York Deli sandwich on rye, topped with Ken’s Zesty Brown Mustard, Swiss cheese, corned beef, pastrami, and Ken’s Remoulade Sauce for some big flavor from the Big Apple.

Ingredients

SERVES 1

2 slices rye bread with seeds
4 oz pastrami
4 oz corned beef
2 oz Ken’s Remoulade Sauce
1 oz Ken’s Zesty Brown Mustard
4 oz garlic parmesan french fries


Garlic Parmesan French Fries
4 oz french fries
1 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Directions

Lay out bread slices and assemble sandwich in this order: Ken’s Zesty Brown Mustard on both slices of bread, Swiss cheese on both slices, 4 oz. each pastrami and corned beef, 2 oz. Ken’s Remoulade Sauce on corned beef and pastrami.

Put together sandwich and spread butter on outside slices.

On a large sauté pan or flattop grill, cook sandwich until crispy brown and hot throughout.
