1 ea Flatbread crust2 oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce1 cup Mozzarella1/2 cup Spinach1/4 cup Red pepper4 oz Sliced smoked duck breast1 Tbsp Scallions, bias cut1 Tsp Sesame seeds
Brush crust with Korean barbecue sauce.
Top with mozzarella, baby spinach, red pepper and smoked duck.
Cook and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
