Prosciutto and Arugula Flat Bread

Flatbread spread with Garlic Parmesan Sauce topped with mozzarella and Gorgonzola cheeses, sliced prosciutto, and arugula dressed with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients

3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
½-cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
¼ c Prosciutto, Sliced and Torn
2Tbsp Gorgonzola Cheese, Crumbled
¼ c Arugula
1tsp Olive Oil
Dsh Salt and Black Pepper
1 each Flat Bread Dough 4x12

Directions

Top the flat bread with the Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce, getting ¼ inch from each side.

Top the sauce evenly with the mozzarella cheese, sliced and torn prosciutto, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.

Bake at 425 F until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Using a small mixing bowl, mix the arugula, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Slice, and serve immediately topped with the dressed arugula.
