12 Chicken wings
4 fl-oz Crispy Red Pepper Crumb
1 Tbsp Pickle ginger
Tossed in Mango Habanero Wing Sauce and crispy fried red pepper crumbs. Served with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce.
Fry chicken wings to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds, drain and place in mixing bowl and toss with SBR Mango Habanero Wing Sauce.
Add crispy red pepper bread crumbs and continue tossing until all wings are coated.
Remove to serving plate and garnish with pickled ginger and serve with SBR Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce for dipping.
