Lemon Garlic Parmesan Grilled Lobster Tails & Scallops

Lobster tails wrapped around jumbo scallops in a lemon garlic parmesan sauce made from Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette.

Ingredients

2 5 to 6 oz. Maine lobster tails

4 ea Jumbo scallops

2 Bamboo skewers, 6" to 8"

3 oz Lemon Garlic Parmesan Sauce

1/2 oz Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Lemon Parmesan Sauce 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce

1 cup Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette

Directions

Wrap 1/2 lobster tail around jumbo scallops and skewer.

Repeat so there are 2 tails and scallops per skewer.

Serve 1 skewer per person.
