Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 3 fl oz Lemon Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 2 Shrimp skewers, 2 shrimp per skewer
  • 4 oz Rice pilaf
  • 2 fl oz Lemon Vinaigrette (KE2956-2)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped herbs, chives, basil, parsley, thyme
  • 1 Lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Marinate shrimp in Lemon Garlic Parmesan Sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill shrimp until cooked through.
  3. Plate on a bed of rice pilaf.
  4. Mix 1 tablespoon fresh herbs with 2 fl oz of Lemon Vinaigrette (KE2956-2).
  5. Spoon Lemon Vinaigrette Herb mix over shrimp.
  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with your choice of side.
