Kickin Bourbon Cedar Planked Salmon

Cedar plank roasted salmon fillet glazed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin Bourbon Molasses, served on grilled slices of pineapple.

Ingredients

Serves 1 each

3 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses Wing Sauce & Glaze
1 each Pineapple, Peeled, ¼ inch Slice, Grilled
Salmon Fillet, 6oz
1 each Cedar Plank, Soaked, Grilled

Directions

Place the grilled pineapple on the cedar plank. Place the salmon filet on top of the pineapple and roast in a 350 F oven for 5 minutes. Glaze with half of the Kickin Bourbon Molasses Glaze and continue to roast for an additional 5-10 minutes depending the desired doneness. Remove from the oven and final glaze with the remaining Kickin Bourbon Molasses Glaze. Serve immediately; on the plank if desired.
