Chicken on skewers, marinated in Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette and cooked over an open grill. Served over couscous.
Skewer chicken and vegetables as shown in picture. Marinate chicken skewer in Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette for at least 1 hour. Grill, skewer and lather with Sweet Baby Ray’s Golden Brown Barbecue sauce, serve on top of couscous.
