Beef on skewers, marinated in Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette, and cooked over an open grill. Served over couscous.
Skewer beef and vegetables as shown in picture. Marinate beef skewer in Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette for at least 1 hour. Grill, skewer and lather with Sweet Baby Ray’s Golden Brown Barbecue sauce. Serve arugula on top of couscous.
