12 ea Chicken Wings
1 Tbsp Bleu Cheese
A combination of two favorites – Golden BBQ and Buffalo Sauce – makes a smoky, tangy style sauce that goes great with fried chicken wings topped with crumbled blue cheese.
In a mixing bowl combine sauces and blend well.
Fry chicken wings to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds, drain and place in mixing bowl.
Toss wings with sauce.
Remove to serving plate and garnish with bleu cheese.
