BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Flatbread

Crispy flatbread topped with Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce, cheddar jack cheese, ground beef, red onion, chopped Applewood smoked bacon, dill pickle, and diced tomato.

Ingredients

3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Original Award Winning Barbecue Sauce

½-cup Cheddar Jack Cheese, Shredded

3 oz Ground Beef, Cooked

¼-cup Red Onion, Sliced

2 Tbsp Applewood Bacon, Cooked, Chopped

1 Tbsp Dill Pickle, Chopped

1 Tbsp Tomato, Small Dice

1 each Flat Bread Dough 4x12

Directions

Top the flat bread with the Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce getting ¼ inch from each side.

Top the sauce evenly with the cheese, red onion, and bacon.

Bake at 425 F until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Slice and garnish with the chopped pickles and tomatoes and serve immediately.
